NOTE: If I got the names of the 3 levels wrong, I apologize. I have returned the book and am not looking up to see if I have them right.
This is the last book in this series and I am somewhat sad that it is over. In this book was see that there are 3 places - The Here & Now, The In-Between, & The After. Cassidy & Jacob has to go to the after to save Laura. During the trip to The After we find out why Jacob had become more corporeal. Which he isn't any longer at the end of the book; he's just a regular ghost again. Laura also gets accepted in the Society after he trip to The After. It was good to see Cassidy also starting to find her way.
