Round 1: ch6, join with a sl st to first chain to make a loop, ch3 counts as a dc, 15dc in ring, join with a sl st to top of first ch3. 16dc

Round 2: ch3 counts as a dc, dc in same stitch as joining, * 2 dc in each stitch* 15 times, join with a sl st to top of beg ch3. 32 dc

Round 3: ch3 counts as a dc, dc in same stitch as joining, fpdc in next stitch, * 2dc in next stitch, fpdc in next * 15 times, join with a sl st to top of beg ch3. 32 dc, 16fpdc
