Directions

ROUND 1: With CC ch5, join with a sl st to 1st ch to form a loop, ch3, 15dc in loop. Join with a sl st in top of beg ch3. 16dc

ROUND 2: ch3, 4dc in same st as joining, * (dc in next 3 sts), 5dc in next st * 3 times, then ( ) once more. Join with a sl st to top of beg ch3. 32dc

ROUND 3: ch3, dc in next st, * 5dc in next st, dc in next 7 sts * 4 times omitting last 2 sts. Join with a sl st to top of beg ch3. Finish Off. On each 5dc group mark the middle st with a removable stitch marker to top of st NOT around it. Also mark middle st of side – remove after you start rnd 4. 48dc

ROUND 4: With CA join in marked st on the side with a standing bpsc, bpsc in next 47 sts. Join with a sl st to 1st bpsc. Do not remove the stitch markers in the corner group – you will need them in rnd 8. 48bpsc

ROUND 8: Join CC with a standing bpsc in a st before any ch3 of rnd 6 – it should be the one you did the 1st sl st of rnd 7, * 5sc in the ch3 sp – should be behind the dtr of rnd 7, bpsc in next 7 sts, tr, ch3, tr in the st you marked the top of in rnd 3 keep the stitch marker in but make sure it is between the 2 tr you worked in that st, sk 3 sts, bpsc in next 7 sts * 4 times omitting last st. Finish Off. Mark the 1st sc you worked in any ch3 sp. 8tr, 20sc, 56bpsc, 4 ch3 sps

ROUND 9: Join CB with a sl st in any ch3 sp, * working in st you still have marked the top of the st from rnd 3 - dtr, ch3, dtr BEWTEEN the 2 tr in the same st, sl st in same ch 3 sp, ch8, sk all sts, work bpsc in the 5 dtr sts from rnd 7, ch8, sk all sts, sl st in next ch3 sp * 4 times, making the last sl st around the beginning sl st.
