2023 is the year I want to getmy life in order. Mainly so my OCD has an outlet (yes, it is it's own entity at this point). There are a few things I am going to try to do for myself such as keep track of meals, addresses, pen pals, swaps, etc. This page is for mainly things that don't fit into the penplas & swap categories.
This meal tracker is stress free - no worries about empty entries!
No set dates! You add the date and time of your meal no matter when it is.
You can track how your meal made you feel, if it was a craving, if you had a bowel movement afterwards, if you ate due to acid reflux OR if it caused you to have acid reflux, and a place to add the calories if you should want to keep track of that.
Both left and right sides are included. You print it out on 8.5"x11" paper. There is a line around the entries that are the correct size for the Happy Planner Classic (7"x9.25").
